Venice Airport goes live with the dedicated website to allow passengers to insert their requests for lost properties at the Airport.
This user friendly interface, designed even for mobile phones, is completing the introduction at Venice Airport of Naitec new product (Lost Property Hub). This up-to-date solution has been designed to automate and manage in a centralized web environment the Lost Properties, improving the tracking and the management of the objects found and lost at the Airport, reducing the time to match found objects with requests of lost proporties in a full digital environment, so to improve the Customer Care of the Airport and the collaboration of all players involved in the process.
